Methodology

How we test

Wear tests

Same protocol every time. Skin, not a shirt. We note the date, indoors or out, rough temperature, sprays, and where they went. Then the opening, the middle, and the drydown, plus check-ins at 2, 5, and 8 hours. If a bottle has not been tested, the page says so.

Clone tiers

Close. Same shape. You would recognize it. The polish or the opening is off.

Decent. Same family. You get the idea. It is not the bottle.

Different. Inspired by it. A different wear.

We do not publish a percentage. We do not have a lab match.

Cost per wear

Four sprays, about 0.1 ml each, so 0.4 ml a wear. Cost per wear is the bottle price divided by how many wears that size gives. It is an assumption, not a measurement of your wrist.

Prices

Every price shows the date it was checked. Desk prices are not a live feed.

Questions

How many sprays? Two on skin for the office. Four is the cost-per-wear assumption, not a recommendation to load up.

Is a clone the same bottle? No. Close means you would recognize it. It is still a different product.
